To change your agency name or address, please have an agency manager contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an agency manager is unable to add or remove an agent, please contact us at email@example.com.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account, you can try to reset the password.
- Go to the Agent portal.
- Click Forgot password and follow the instructions.
Note: The password reset email will go to the email that we originally sent the registration instructions to, even if you changed your email during the registration process.
If a payment is pending, please note that it is a normal part of the process. Please allow up to five business days for the payment to be processed. If a payment has been pending for more than five business days, please contact Flywire for assistance.
If a payment has been cancelled, please log into the agent portal, and try the payment again.

To change an applicant's personal information after an offer has been issued, please contact your college partner.
You must register the new account. Follow the registration instructions included in the email message that you received. Once the account has been registered, you will be able to log in.
If you cannot find the email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resend it. Please make sure to contact us using the email registration instructions were sent to.
You must contact the International Admissions department at the colleges that you’re interested in working with.
If you have a signed Agreement with several colleges, you can use one agency account to manage applications for all those using the OCAS International Application Service. Please ensure that you are providing the same agency name and address each time you register access with a college partner to avoid duplicating your agency account.
